1. Go to www.eayso.org and follow the directions to pre-register your player(s), adult volunteers and youth volunteers.
2. Print 2 copies of each player registration form. Check to be sure your form includes the EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION and DISCLAIMER language.
3. SIGN and date both copies of each player registration form. Also INITIAL the second page of each copy.
4. If this is the first season your player has played in Hillsborough AYSO, include proof of BIRTH DATE – copy of either birth certificate or passport.
5. Prepare a CHECK payable to AYSO. The fee is $180 per player.
6. U19, 16 & U/14 players (Divisions 1, 2 and 3) need to send a wallet size portrait picture with name on the back for their Player ID cards.
7. Mail check, signed/initialed player registration forms plus birth date proof and photo (if required) to: Hillsborough AYSO, PO Box 117669, Burlingame CA 94011-7669
WE NEED ADULT COACH AND REFEREE VOLUNTEERS! AYSO is an all-volunteer organization. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. AYSO provides all the training and support you need. Our Primary Goal is to have balanced teams. Therefore, we are not able to accommodate special requests except for coaches and siblings.
PROBLEMS REGISTERING? If you receive a server error message when trying to request your password or if you no longer have access to the email you used to create your login, please send an email to eAYSOsupport@ayso.org to have your password reset. If you have a new email address (different from the one you previously registered with on eAYSO), please be sure and list the email address that needs to be reset. If you get a message that your email address is already in use it means that someone in your family created a login at one time. If you don't know the password, then send an email to eAYSOsupport@ayso.org.
